beautiful balcony friendly staff convenient shuttle relaxing spa
I found the rooms to be well-appointed with a beautiful balcony overlooking the river. The staff was friendly and readily available. A convenient shuttle service ran regularly. The spa area offered a relaxing experience after a busy day.
The coffee at breakfast NEEDS improvement. It tasted bitter. I think an upgrade is in order.

The reception staff was very accommodating and friendly. Staff were great, particularly in the breakfast area. I could rely on them for any requests, big or small (it really makes a difference!).

The hotel sits right on the Arno river, with excellent views. It is a bit removed from the city center. A walk along the river to the city took around 30 minutes.

fabulous breakfast shuttle service
The breakfast featured fabulous food quality. The shuttle service provided easy access to the city center (VERY convenient).
The pool area faced a busy road and experienced constant noise.

mixed feelings about my stay
road noise unfriendly manager
the rooms were spacious i appreciated that.
i found the noise from the nearby road disruptive it seemed constant. the restaurant manager wasn't very friendly or helpful . the parking situation was difficult as spaces felt quite tight.
